I have been dealing with Uptown for I do not remember how many years. I cannot imagine going anywhere else when I am in need of a car. I have always been completely satisfied with not only the vehicle but with everyone I have interacted with. Scott and Rich were great.

I lease my car from here, so I always service there. I was helped by Marlon, who was very nice, and the time he said my car would be done was accurate. We started shopping for a new vehicle in November and decided that we wanted the Ford Escape. My husband went on the internet to search local dealers and he was contacted by Ruth. We were instantly pleased with her service and her willingness to walk ...us through the possibility of leasing or purchasing a new vehicle and stuck with us when we eventually decided we would prefer a used vehicle. When they took in a used Escape on trade she contacted us immediately and gave us the opportunity to see it first. We ended up,purchasing the Escape and from start to finish it was the best car buying experience weve had. Ruth if so friendly and knowledgeable and she made us both very comfortable. We were also thrilled to work with Scott to finance the vehicle and explain the warranty plan. Again we were so comfortable and enjoyed our conversation so much that when we got home we laughed and said it felt like we were hanging out with a friend, not buyin a car from a stranger. We thought we had a nail in our tire and we called to see if we could come in. No problem and it turned out that the nail had not penetrated the tire after all. No charge and asked if we wanted a car wash. It's good to know that if you have even the smallest problem they can usually fit you in.
