I've only used their service dept since moving to the area. It always goes quickly and smoothly. No complaints. They have a ride service which gets me to/from work after dropping off my car. Once they botched my ride pick up time but the owner of the dealership himself came to pick me up and apologize. I think that speaks volumes to their customer service.
