This is a difficult review to write. While we had an excellent experience this time while dealing directly with Bob Maxwell, Service Manager, the secondary reason for our visit was some less than good service on previous visits (previously unknown to us). We went to Uptown Service for a flat tire repair. When road service changed the tire, they commented that all ... tires needed to be replaced because the wheels were out of alignment and tires unevenly worn and dangerous. All service was previously performed at Uptown, the last only one month ago, when all tires were rated "green". When we met with Bob Maxwell to lodge a complaint about previously received service, he reviewed service records, inspected he tires and readily admitted that the "out of alignment" situation should have been caught and corrected on previous visits. He then worked with us to purchase new tires, have them quickly installed and have the wheels properly aligned. Some concessions were made by both parties and the cost of the tires and service was amicable to both parties. While previous service turned out to be less than ideal, this time it was handled in excellent fashion. One of the hallmarks of excellent organizations is not that mistakes happen, as they always do, but how the organization responds. Uptown and especially Bob Maxwell, handled this potentially volatile situation with style and grace and, for that reason, I rate this service experience "Excellent". Good job.

I had looked at the dealerships website for cars that were available. I was able to look at window stickers and compare multiple cars. When I went in for a test drive, I had the stock number of the vehicle I wanted. The test drive was great and I loved the vehicle. When it came time to purchase, we were given the cost and payments. We were able to make a decision on ... on on if we would proceed or walk away. We didn't need to walk the paperwork was exactly what we expected. We drove away in a new vehicle and we are still in love with it. Looking forward to the process next time.

Caring, passionate, trusting, advising, and truthful. These are just some of the words I can describe them with. Let me start by saying a few things about the vehicles I’ve purchased through them. One is a 2015 Mustang and a 2016 Focus RS. These cars have been amazing, it was a surprise for me. I use to hate FORD, why? Because I never knew how nice they were. When I ... took ownership on both cars let me just say they have blown me away. I was so happy and they were there to just make me happy with my purchase as these are big lifetime purchases. Dealers often try to scare or give you false information. I’ve had this happen to me before, until I worked with a gentleman named “Dave”, I was never so pleased with my experience. Not only did he make sure I was well taken care of, but put me first all the time. Gave me a personnel number to call or text if I had any doubt. I had a nice wait on my Focus RS, almost 8 months. Let me tell you this, easy 8 months working with Dave. He cared so much about my order and we had a blast with it. Never once was I ever worried about anything. Dave got right to the point and made sure I knew what was going on. I’ve had a little of 19 cars in my lifetime and none have ever gone so smooth like at Uptown Motors working with Dave and Scott. I would ask you to trust me on this when I say these two are like Batman and Robin. They get the job done and make sure they go the extra mile.
